Shipping
Orders ship from my studio in New York City with complimentary FedEx 2-Day Shipping for destinations within the United States. All packages are sent with insurance included and adult signature required. A tracking number will be provided once the shipment has gone out, after which most packages should arrive within two business days. Please inquire for expedited shipping rates if needed.
All of my jewelry is packaged and shipped with care to ensure it arrives safely. The provided insurance covers damage or theft while your package is in transit. However, once your package has been delivered and signed for, I am not responsible.
Please inquire for international shipping. All international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other import fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
As each piece of my jewelry is handmade and made to order, I am unable to offer refunds. Jewelry can be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value or for a store credit upon request. All custom orders and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange.
Return requests must be made within 10 days of purchase via email, after which the piece must be returned in its original packaging unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. I reserve the right to refuse a return if I determine a piece has been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
Jewelry returned for exchange must be shipped back fully insured, with tracking and signature required. I am not responsible for return shipments that are damaged or stolen.
